Non-Returnable Items – For Hygiene and Safety
Due to the intimate nature of body jewellery and in accordance with UK hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any pierced jewellery, even if unused or unopened. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nose studs and rings

Navel jewellery

Lip and tongue bars

All other types of body piercing jewellery
This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of all our customers.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Upon inspection and approval, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We may request that you return the faulty item before a refund or replacement is issued. Return postage costs will be reimbursed for confirmed faulty items.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that cancellations are not always possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
We recommend including your order number in the email to help us locate your order promptly.
Incorrect Orders
If you have received the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect goods, at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
