At Luxe By Everly, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your jewellery.


UK Delivery Only (for now!)

We currently ship to UK addresses only.
International shipping is not yet available — but we’re working on it! Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know when international delivery launches.

Delivery Options

  • Free UK Delivery – Automatically applied on all orders over £25
  • Standard Delivery – £5 flat rate on orders under £25

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
Please allow additional time during busy periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–4 working days.
Please note: delivery times are estimated and may be affected by local courier disruptions beyond our control.


Express Delivery

We don’t currently offer express or next-day delivery options – but we’re working on it!
As soon as it’s available, we’ll update this page and announce it via our newsletter and socials.


Packaging

Every Luxe By Everly order is carefully packed in clean, hygienic conditions. Items are sealed in protective packaging to keep them safe during transit and arrive ready to gift or enjoy.
