How can I place an order?
Simply add your chosen jewellery to your basket and checkout securely via our website.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and secure checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.Can I cancel or change my order?
We’ll do our best! Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] If the order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All items come beautifully packaged, but we don’t currently offer gift wrapping as an add-on - hopefully in the future!
Can I sell your products in my store?
Yes! All of our products come in retail store ready packaging. Please email [email protected] for bulk pricing.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All UK orders over £25 qualify for free tracked shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched in 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Which courier do you use?
We ship with both Royal Mail and Evri, depending on your location and order.
Do you offer express or next-day delivery?
Not yet, but we’re working on adding express delivery options soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to UK addresses only - but international shipping is coming soon!
